    • New Tenant Placement: 1st Month's Rent

    • Lease Renewals: $250 for Renewal of Existing Lease

  • Monthly % of Rent:

    • 1-5 Properties: 10%

    • 5-10 Properties: 9%

    • 10+ Properties: 8%

    • Includes 1 Free Hour of In-house Service per Property per Month

  • Maintenance and Services:

    • In-House: $100/hr (rounded up) + Materials

    • External: Invoice Cost + 10% Management Fee
